For you remain so far away. When all my hope has turned to dust,
And dreams decay, as dreams all must. No reason to rise, no dream to follow,
My heart bears the weight of boundless sorrow.
No reason to live, no goal to find,
A heavy sorrow clouds my mind. At the edge, I falter, near the end,
With nothing left, no will to mend.
Yet when I’m lost, you seem to see,
And reach across eternity. You arrive in the depth of my despair,
A radiant light beyond compare. You banish the shadows, the fears that bind, And soothe the doubts that haunt my mind. You lift me up with your gentle hand,
And show me a path I can understand.
Kindling hope, a purpose once more,
Where emptiness reigned, you will restore. And though the cycle will remain,
And darkness will rise and fall again. So while darkness waits, as it always will,
Your light remains my guiding still, A serene and misty forest scene with tall trees representing a path. The sun is rising on the horizon casting a gentle light through the fog. The atmosphere is filled with hope despite the surrounding darkness
